It should be clarified that this is one of the accepted views, but there are other views as well. The topic was debated in multiple forums.

comment what is the Islamic point of view about taking balance as loan in cell phones?Does that count in interest?
It's not a loan. The telecom company is selling you a service at a premium price in return for late payment. (Source: a fatwa I read recently in Arabic but can't remember the source)

comment What does Islam say about reading the Quran in a language other than Arabic?
I haven't got the time to write a full answer, but in short: Yes, it is necessary. Qur'an is the literal words of Allah. You may read the translation just like a native Arab may read tafsir, but you can't replace the literal words with a translation.

comment Do all possible heirs always get a share or is it possible that some may go out empty?
In addition to the "normal" cases described by @UmH, there are other unusual circumstances, e.g. when an heir is not a Muslim, when a child is unlawful, or when an heir had killed the diseased.

comment Is there punishment for unawareness?
Unintentional mistakes are forgiven isA. But you have a duty to try and raise your knowledge to avoid falling into mistakes without knowing. Doubt is a different story with separate rules.

comment Why is life insurance considered as un-Islamic?
Not everything that involves uncertainty, risk or speculation is "gharar" or forbidden. The real problem, in this case, is that it's a contract where one or more parties must lose in order for others to win.

comment Does tahiyyet al masjid count as part of the before-fard sunnah prayers?
What @goldPseudo mentions is also the same as in Shaf'i. Any kind of prayer is enough as a salutation (i.e. tahiyyat al-Masjid).

comment Rights and duties of wife when husband is abroad without her consent
What you're describing sounds like temporary marriage (نكاح المتعة). You have an undeniable right for your husband to live with you most of the time. You have the right to be supported and you have no obligation to be working to support yourself as long as you're married.

comment Who says that one can continue a prayer after interrupting it for legal reasons?
It looks like that opinion was based on a week hadith, and then that opinion was abolished (except maybe in Hanafi). See islamqa.info/ar/129666
