According to majority of scholars, If the male organ enters woman even once, then Ghusl is obligatory on both. Ejaculation is not the condition for Ghusl, entering into woman is.
Also, If ejaculation happens without penetration, even then ghusl is fard. So in both cases ghusl is fard. So, you must do ghusl before praying, otherwise prayer will not be valid.
Does Islam permit child marriages?
I will explain the Hanafi law, as I don't know the other ones. Basically, marriage is legal at any age. So, yes, child marriages are allowed. However, sexual intercource between the husband and the wife happens after the girl reaches puberty, not before.

I'm quoting here sunni references!
You will still find a lot of Fatwas where some scholars say that a woman who rejects to have intercourse with her husband is "nashiz ناشز" and can be punished and that she should obey if her husband wants to have intercourse. For example here (in Arabic) an extreme fatwa where the scholar seems ...
A Muslim who turns back from Islam and returns to disbelief is called a مرتد
(murtad) in Islamic jurisprudence.
The basis of this is the usage of the term in the Quran:
ومن يرتدد منكم عن دينه فيمت وهو كافر فأولئك حبطت أعمالهم في الدنيا والآخرة
And whoever of you reverts from his religion [to disbelief] and dies while he is a disbeliever - for those, their ...
In Islam everyone is equal so caste has no importance.
There is a hadith:
"An Arab has no superiority over a non-Arab"

This is a very good question , as this mis-conception is still not clear among many many muslims as well.
I will divide the asnwer in 3 sections:
First of all, you must know that Islam is a religion from our creator, means this religion is best in all ways. No matter where, when we apply it, it works perfectly. In case of justice and ...
Generally, it's not allowed for a believer to marry anyone who has had premarital sex.
Allah said in Surah an-Nisa 24:3 =

However, if the person makes toubah and asks for ...
1. You cannot afford to ignore the fact that the married individual is more comfortable and is in a position to better perform his religious duties and obligations as he enjoys peace of mind and a tranquil heart. There is nothing in Islam as Jihad un-nikah. I bring you the history of this story.
Firstly, this Fatwa was issued by a news network called Al-Jadid in Lebanon on December 2012. It had claimed that Saudi sheikh Al-Arifi has issued a Fatwa about Jahad-u-nikah and made it Halal. But After this news, Al-Arifi and his companions rejected it.
Then in march 27, ...

This falls under the category of intention and as such you are free to have any hair colour you wish so long as the intention or motive for that isn't to imitate the styles of non-Muslims. Since hair styles are fairly universal, this pretty much removes the issue entirely since non-Muslims have their hair in all kinds of styles and colours.

It's a good question and most of the people today including Muslims find themselves pondering over this.
Firstly I am not a scholar and IMHO there cannot be any good or satisfying answer to this question.
In my attempt in answering this, I'll give a little background first.
Sometimes you have to reverse engineer somethings and see if we can make sense ...
You example isn't very good in terms of incompatibility. Polygyny is permitted in Islam and not obligatory, indeed it is not permitted if one can't dispense equality and justice between his wives ... and it is not permitted if one has made an Oath to the contrary or accepted a condition contrary to it in one's marriage contract. Obeying a ruler, on the other ...
Yes, intercourse with a corpse is covered in fiqh. The punishment is a Tazir according to the Hanafis and the dominant opinion of the Shafi'is and Hanbalis. And it is the Hadd of Zina according to the Malikis.
