Does Islam permit child marriages?
I will explain the Hanafi law, as I don't know the other ones. Basically, marriage is legal at any age. So, yes, child marriages are allowed. However, sexual intercource between the husband and the wife happens after the girl reaches puberty, not before.

I'm quoting here sunni references!
You will still find a lot of Fatwas where some scholars say that a woman who rejects to have intercourse with her husband is "nashiz ناشز" and can be punished and that she should obey if her husband wants to have intercourse. For example here (in Arabic) an extreme fatwa where the scholar seems ...
A Muslim who turns back from Islam and returns to disbelief is called a مرتد
(murtad) in Islamic jurisprudence.
The basis of this is the usage of the term in the Quran:
ومن يرتدد منكم عن دينه فيمت وهو كافر فأولئك حبطت أعمالهم في الدنيا والآخرة
And whoever of you reverts from his religion [to disbelief] and dies while he is a disbeliever - for those, their ...
In Islam everyone is equal so caste has no importance.
There is a hadith:
"An Arab has no superiority over a non-Arab"
If you say that one should not marry of a particular caste then you are saying that you are better than them and that makes you ignorant.
“He will not enter Hellfire who has the weight of a seed of faith in his heart and he will not ...
Saying prayers in mosque of Shia and Sunni is totally unrestricted. Even saying prayers in church is allowed (if it has no danger for your religion).

Sister, caste should never become a hindrance for a marriage.
If the boy has been sent as your partner, then you will get married to him. In Sha Allah
This is a very good question , as this mis-conception is still not clear among many many muslims as well.
I will divide the asnwer in 3 sections:
First of all, you must know that Islam is a religion from our creator, means this religion is best in all ways. No matter where, when we apply it, it works perfectly. In case of justice and ...
Generally, it's not allowed for a believer to marry anyone who has had premarital sex.
Allah said in Surah an-Nisa 24:3 =
"The fornicator does not marry except a fornicator or polytheist, and none marries her except a fornicator or a polytheist, and that has been made unlawful to the believers."
However, if the person makes toubah and asks for ...
1. You cannot afford to ignore the fact that the married individual is more comfortable and is in a position to better perform his religious duties and obligations as he enjoys peace of mind and a tranquil heart. He is considered to have covered half of the way whereas an unmarried person struggles to safeguard his faith and himself against evil.
2. There ...
There is nothing in Islam as Jihad un-nikah. I bring you the history of this story.
Firstly, this Fatwa was issued by a news network called Al-Jadid in Lebanon on December 2012. It had claimed that Saudi sheikh Al-Arifi has issued a Fatwa about Jahad-u-nikah and made it Halal. But After this news, Al-Arifi and his companions rejected it.
Then in march 27, ...

There is general rule in islam, that we should Never Ever imitate Kuffar in any way. And touching the feet is integral part of hinduism. So based on the hadith of not imitating Kuffar we have to abstain from touching feet of elders by all means.
2nd view is that we have to do, what prophet Muhammad told us to do, otherwise everything added new to islam is ...
This falls under the category of intention and as such you are free to have any hair colour you wish so long as the intention or motive for that isn't to imitate the styles of non-Muslims. Since hair styles are fairly universal, this pretty much removes the issue entirely since non-Muslims have their hair in all kinds of styles and colours.

Having tattoos is not haram in Islam (from a shiite perspective, afaik).
As for ghusl and wudu being invalid because water does not reach the part of skin having tattoo is a misconception.

in Islamic rules, marriage with the sister of wife is forbidden and is not possible. the holy Quran explicitly refers to this judgment in Surah Nisa, verse:23, as follow:

It's a good question and most of the people today including Muslims find themselves pondering over this.
Firstly I am not a scholar and IMHO there cannot be any good or satisfying answer to this question.
In my attempt in answering this, I'll give a little background first.
Sometimes you have to reverse engineer somethings and see if we can make sense ...
You example isn't very good in terms of incompatibility. Polygyny is permitted in Islam and not obligatory, indeed it is not permitted if one can't dispense equality and justice between his wives ... and it is not permitted if one has made an Oath to the contrary or accepted a condition contrary to it in one's marriage contract. Obeying a ruler, on the other ...
Yes, intercourse with a corpse is covered in fiqh. The punishment is a Tazir according to the Hanafis and the dominant opinion of the Shafi'is and Hanbalis. And it is the Hadd of Zina according to the Malikis.

In Islam, actions are judged by their intentions, as you rightly pointed out. However, for an action to be accepted by God, in addition to intention, that action must be permissible and performed according to the shari`ah.

Yes no doubt. Dogs are a creation of Allah and treating them, or any animal, with kindness that is due right upon them unless prevented otherwise.
The Prophet said =

I can only give an answer based on the sunni view, so anything i might say about shi'a is an assumption and should be approved or rejected by some of our shi'a bothers and sisters. Also note that -as far as i understand- this doesn't answer your question in the whole.
Why I think there's a kind of intersection is: I have seen, read and heard a lot of ...
TL;DR: Inheritance is a component in a dynamical system, and this component is imbalanced so that men receive a greater quantity. The system, as a whole, can favor either men or women, depending on how stingy/generous men are with maintenance and mahr.
I whipped up a diagram of a 3-node discrete dynamical system model, where the nodes represent "male money"...
