Does Islam permit child marriages?
I will explain the Hanafi law, as I don't know the other ones. Basically, marriage is legal at any age. So, yes, child marriages are allowed. However, sexual intercource between the husband and the wife happens after the girl reaches puberty, not before.

Is magic really real?
Yes it is, and real magic, not just some trick like making a coin disappear but really it is under your hand, or making a pencil go up an down making it seem it is bending, no I am not talking about this. Magic is real, it is a fact just like the evil eye. And to put more emphasis on it's realness/reality, it had affected the ...
You can not touch a non-mahram.
ولا يحل له أن يمس وجهها ولا كفيها وإن كان يأمن الشهوة
It is not permitted to (even) touch the face or the hand (of a non-mahram) even when there is safety from lust
— الهداية في شرح بداية المبتدي [English]
This is because Allah has forbidden even looking at them and touching is more intimate than looking.

It is not makrooh when a fasting person uses a miswak or a toothbrush dampened with water according to scholars.

As a muslim, the only person whom you choose to follow is Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and, of course, Allah. Whether to follow any other person totally depends on you. All the imam's are highly respectable persons and have dedicated their lives with exceptional work. But they are human and thus, as human, can make mistakes.
Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) has fully ...

A man can see any part of his wife, yes.
However, most women feel insecure about their bodies regardless of what part of the world they are from. A good husband would work on getting his wife to feel comfortable enough and at ease to want to show her body to her husband. A bad husband would get "frustrated" and start thinking of other women.

Obviously, missing any of the five daily prayers when one can avoid doing so isn't a good idea. However, if you do have to decide between them, the fajr would probably be more important based on the hadith of the prophet wherein he said "...if you can avoid missing a prayer before the rising of the sun (Fajr) and before its setting (`Asr) you must do so."

Having one's aorta cut is an Arabic idiom for dying.
In other words, 69:46 is saying that if Muhammad were to make up revelation, Allah would kill him and nothing could stop that. The hadith is merely saying that Muhammad felt like he was dying from poison.
