A woman can lead the Salat only if all the followers are women;
however, if all of the followers are men or there is a congregation of
men and women, then the Imam must be a man.
In this case it is recommended that the leading woman stand at the first line and not in front of others.
The qualifications of the Imam of Salat al-Jamaat
First of all the prayer in congregation and in a mosque is considered by some scholars as a fard (mandatory) for each man who can follow the call of the prayer and isn't hindered by a disease to go and join it. So if you are living 2 min away from the mosque and have no physical prevention, you should go and pray at a mosque (See for example this hadith from ...
A women may not lead a man (whether they are old or young) in salat at all. Though it is fine for a women to lead women in salat, and there is some differences among scholars in this. There is a Hadith:

No, according to the majority. That is because the texts preventing a woman from imamah over men:
are general, not specific to strangers
do not provide a criterion (such as lust or any evil thoughts) on which they are conditional
do not make an exception for a mahram
Whereas texts on imamah of women (such as those narrated from or regarding Aisha, Umm ...
The major issue is how do scholars qualify a shaved man?
So the majority of scholars consider a shaved man as fasiq and that shaving the beard is haram, but a saghira (minor sin). While shafi'i scholars say it is only makroh. And their major evidence are ahadith like this one from sahih al-Bukhari (can also be found in sahih Muslim and Musnad al-Imam Ahmad) ...
Anybody can perform adhan, iqamah and lead a prayer so there'
s no exclusion. The only point is that an imam would gain more rewards than anybody else if he lead the congregation in the best manner therefore it would be recommended for him to follow the sunnah of our prophet and leave other's perform adhan and iqamah to gain extra rewards.

This is because of an Islamic ruling that the place of Imam of congregation prayers should not be higher than prayers behind him. This rule is derived from several Ahadeeth in the reputable hadith collection book Wasā'il al-Shīʿa vol. 5 page 463.

not be higher than the span of four ...
To make group Dua', some one making dua' and the rest saying Ameen, is ok if done only on occasions. But if it is taken as a constant practice on every such occasions then it becomes a Bid'ah/Innovation. So it is an innovation to do Group Dua' after each and every Fard Salat. The place for Dua' in regards to Salat is on an individual level, the place is ...
Forgetting only one Sujood (prostration) does not make prayer void. In this case the Imam Should perform two Sajda Sahw after prayer and person behind him can continue the Jamaat prayer properly behind him.
Sajda Sahw should be done after end of prayer. And not inside the prayer.
The duty of Imam of prayer and who is praying behind Imam of prayer are ...

In general There's no need to say any word as Niyat (intention). When you plan to do something that's is enough for Niyat (no need to say something).
Please consider that Imam (leader of prayer) should have qualification. Check those please.
The ma’mumin (those following the Imam in Salat) should inform the Imam, they should do this with reciting zekrs aloud. If Imam doesn't pay attention you should change your intention from Jamaat to individual prayer and do sajdah (prostration) and continue the right Salat.

As you can imagine, this situation has emerged numerous times during the time of the Prophet ﷺ. While right after hijra, there was only one masjid, and the Prophet ﷺ was the imam, as Islam spread across Medina, multiple masjids emerged with multiple imams. There were also situations of who leads the prayers while traveling, or while in a group that cannot ...
According to al-Jaziri, if the Imam does not offer a sacrifice, then the sacrifice may be made by the common people after an interval of time has passed in which it would have been possible for the Imam to have made the sacrifice. This would be the case if the Imam is not able to afford it.
