White sugar is not made out of, nor does it contain, bones.
Sugar (most sugar) is cane sugar, which comes from sugar canes. It is then refined, and one of two things happens:
The molasses is removed (and you get white sugar)
The molasses is not removed (and you get brown sugar)
Further refinement is what gives it that white colour and shine. This is done ...
Cannibalism and other humanely-perceived heinous acts can be found in the animal world. Just because an act can be found in the natural world does not justify humans to act upon it as well.
Just because a female scorpion kills its male counterpart after mating does not justify a female murdering her husband after mating with him.
In conclusion, "natural ...
Yes they have. But their soul is different from that of humans.

Actually horse meat is halal: Is horsemeat Halal?
Ahadith such as the following
Narrated Asma': We slaughtered a horse during the lifetime of Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) and ate it. -- Sahih al-Bukhari 5519 (sunnah.com; also Sahih Muslim 1942 a sunnah.com)
leads scholars to declare that one can eat horse meat. For example:

According to verse no.5 in surat Al-Takwir in Quran (chapter-81) and also chapter-6/verse-38, and many hadiths in Sunnah, animals are questioned at the day of judgement. But there is no evidence that they will enter heaven. In fact, there is at least two hadiths informing explicitly that all animals are turned into earth after being judged hereafter.
Bone char (charcoal made from animal bones) is used to filter sugar and decolorize it. It is not an ingredient in refined sugar and thus is not consumed. So the question on whether it is halal to consume or not does not enter in the picture.
From what I can gather, خنزير الماء is meant to be a hypothetical or mythical creature and it isn't defined exactly what it is.
Similar examples which can be found in Fiqh books include إنسان الماء (mermen) كلب الماء (water dogs) and حمار الماء (water donkeys) etc.
There is a view that it means dolphins or porpoise: mereswine.
From Hayatul Haywan حياة ...
These verses of Surat At-Takwir are said to be about the Day of Judgement:
إِذَا الشَّمْسُ كُوِّرَتْ
When the sun is wrapped up [in darkness]
وَإِذَا النُّجُومُ انكَدَرَتْ
And when the stars fall, dispersing,
وَإِذَا الْجِبَالُ سُيِّرَتْ
And when the mountains are removed
وَإِذَا الْعِشَارُ عُطِّلَتْ
And when full-term she-camels are neglected
A group of the Bani Israel who transgressed the prohibitions of the Sabbath were punished by transformation into apes and pigs [for three days, after which they died].

as penalty from Allah ? [It is that of] those whom Allah has cursed
and with whom He became angry and made of them apes ...
Most tafsir books expand on explaining the meaning of pairs or mates in the verse (11-40) and hardly offer any explanation on the kinds of animals that have been taken on the ark.
... We said, "Load upon the ship of each [creature] two mates and your family, except those about whom the word has preceded, and [include] whoever has believed." But none had ...
I am a Mechanical engineer, and have worked in all the sugar beet factories in England.
1) Animal bones were historically used to filter impurities as previously mentioned. That method has been replaced with carbonataion, sulphatation and fine mesh filters. There certainly will be no trace of animal bone in the final product (I am 100% sure of that !)
Yes animals do have souls but no other has any match with humans' soul because humans are best creature of Allah. An interesting analogy can be drawn with the following verses where Prophet Jesus (pbuh) blows something into clay birds to make them into a living being
...'I have come to you, with a Sign from your Lord, in that I make for
Allah Almighty says:

You can read the full fatwa here:
Basically, going to the zoo is fine based on the initial conclusion from the fatwa linked above:

Then "killing" plants also does not seem right to me as they're living things too like us (keeping aside if they feel pain or not). We wouldn't have survived till now if we were not to eat them killing mercilessly.
Things are perfectly defined as what are good and what are bad in Islam.
We check the condition of the animals before slaughtering (healthy, ...
There is nothing in Islam that states to hate dogs. We just keep away from dogs inside house because it can be harmful to us. In Quran, you can see dog being a companion of Ashabul kahf (companions of cave, see sura 18). In Sura 5 verse 4, it says that we can use dogs for hunting.
Regarding giving food to dog, there is nothing wrong in it. There is even an ...
Honestly there are two points here:
Is it allowed to translate the Quran? Most earlier scholars were against this and there are still some now. The proof for this is the process of making the Quran easier to read which has especially taken place during the Ommayad dynasty. Beside many ahadith (like this and this with an explanation) prohibiting to go to a ...
Animal fighting is forbidden in Islam. There is a hadith on it in Sunan Abu Dawud and Jamee at-Tirmizhi:
نهى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم عن التحريش بين البهائم
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ prohibited instigating fights between beasts.
It is also rationally evil because it is cruelty to animals causing suffering and possibly even death without any ...
Bahirah was a practice of the pagan arabs of dedicating camels to their gods and marking them by slitting their ears. These were then left alone and neither ridden, nor milked, nor slaughtered, nor sheared for wool etc.

or sa'ibah or wasilah or ham. But those who disbelieve invent
Muslims are not allowed to eat pig (Qur'an 5:3, 6:145, 16:115), and most scholars consider pig impure (see Islam Q&A). There's some other restrictions, such as not wearing pig leather (Islam Q&A), not keeping a pet pig (IslamWeb), and selling pig meat (AskTheSheikh.com).
As for saying the word "pig"? That sounds absurdly extreme, since ...
Their argument seems to be that: Pigs are strictly forbidden and impure according to the Quran:
أو لحم خنزير فإنه رجس
or the flesh of swine - for indeed it is impure
— Quran 6:145
حرمت عليكم الميتة والدم ولحم الخنزير وما أهل لغير الله به
Prohibited to you are dead animals, blood, the flesh of swine, and that which has been dedicated to ...
The qur'an says:
The seven heavens and the earth and whatever is in them exalt Him. And there is not a thing except that it exalts [ Allah ] by His praise, but you do not understand their [way of] exalting. Indeed, He is ever Forbearing and Forgiving. (17:44)
So any of Allah's creation praise HIM from this we can conclude that they know HIM.
There are a quite a few ayahs from the Quran relevant to this topic. Some of them are:
They say, " Allah has taken a son." Exalted is He! Rather, to Him
belongs whatever is in the heavens and the earth. All are devoutly
obedient to Him Quran 2:116
Do you not see that Allah is exalted by whomever is within the heavens
and the earth and [by] ...
