According to Jafari Fiqh the meat of boars is Haram (forbidden) but it is not Najis. Products made of its hair are allowed to used.

As mentioned there, there's no disagreement on the matter. Only 13 Terrestrial animals are allowed to eat in Islam:
Cow, camel, horse, wild cow, zebra, wild goat, sheep, deer, goat, donkey, mule, gazelle, bighorn sheep.
