I have hear that it is not permissible to make any building taller than kabba around it. (shia view). So I was wondering there is any narration regarding this issue? if so, what could be the reason the we should not make any building taller than Kaaba?

(Of course I am looking for the view of Shia concerning the mentioned matter)
