How to respond to the disbelievers who say that the Quran copied Jacob of Serugh? They claim that Quran 16:79 is very similar to the homily of Jacob of Serugh: 'Look, they are suspended, Stephen, like the bird that is suspended in the air and has nothing to rest on except the hint.

  • So, what, two sources can't have independently noticed that birds are airborne without them having to have copied from each other? this is somehow obscure knowledge that demonstrates plagiarism?
