My boyfriend and I have been together for three years and we love each other very much. We acted like we were married and we shared everything, even our bodies. But now he says that we have sinned and that Allah will not bless our marriage if we decide to get married. He says we will be unhappy because we have disobeyed Allah's commands. So will not Allah be pleased with our marriage?

Infact It's actually important and urgent to get both married as soon as possible. All sins can be forgiven except shirk if proper repentance can be done. Your marriage will be part of that repentance. In an Islamic country you both are liable to be punished for this sin by the authorities, it is your duty to actively pursue the following punishment from the authorities:

one hundred lashes and banishment for one year

Source : Hadd punishment

  • Please avoid jokes in answers. The hadd punishment is only valid for an ideal Islamic state run by Shariah , which does not exist. Oct 28 at 17:20
  • No, Islamic state is not required to implement to laws like how Salah and others happen without an Islamic state.
