I have, a lot of times, bought a few items like candies from petty shops but didn't pay them back later. Will I be barred from entering jannah?

I had bought grocery items and told the grocerers that I'd pay them back later and went on without paying them. Now I don't remember the debts or the grocery shops or its owners. Will I barred from entering jannah? Will my debts be cleared if I give Zakat? Is there any possible soultion to this?
