If one delays prayers without valid excuse till, for example, last 15 minutes of permissible time bracket remain and then they say their mandatory salah, does it make one sinful?

The meaning of permissible is that it is not sinful to pray in that time.

  • I mean is "the act of continuously delaying" till close to closing time, a sin? Like laziness in prayer @TheZ

The point is bad habbits are not good. If you prayed at the end of the time you've done at least your due, but you've missed the rewards for doing it earlier. And in the hereafter each reward and good deed counts.

  • @Medi1Saif is there more reward for early salah?

  • Yes obviously, there is more reward for early salah, because you are acting like worshipping Allah is the first of your worries, which is a form of ibadah. May 18 at 23:06
