there is a problem between two family regarding *someone's actions who is actually the main character by whom the problem is getting worse gradually. 1|➤ Will it be considered as backbiting if the oppressed family discuss about this matter with the elder members and while talking to each other sometimes they become angry about some stupid behaviour of *him/her and they talked ill about *him/her (whilst *he/she is not in the meeting) but the main motive is to solving the problem?

2|➤ And I want to know about backbiting in a detail manner. In which situation you have to be concern about backbiting and when you've not? I mean, if you can, please provide me enough information/examples so that I can grasp the matter properly. Who knows maybe others can benefit from it too! [You know, family issues are musch more complicated than the outside problems where we can be refrained from backbiting but family is different from that scenario, you definitely familiar with that (you can't actually refrain from backbiting, you must mention the problem with the doer of this act, if you wanna improve the situation)]
