Salaam aleikum. An individual when he thinks he has an internal chatter or conversation like: They say, the almighty has children. This is deeply inappropriate and bad. Someone that evaporates skies cannot have son. The idolators worship a nude statue as God. This is deeply evil and inappropriate. THIS IS CALLED: THE PROCESS OF Thinking. Is it sinful to imagine that nude statue that i described as part of internal chattering? You say to yourself: The idolators worship a nude statue( at that moment you imagine that nude statue). Then, you say within yourself:This is deeply evil and inappropriate. It is inappropriate to compare god with the most beautiful diamond, let alone a nude statue. The same thing regarding imagining a blasphemous sentence as part of the < process of thinking > or internal chattering? You imagine within yourself: The christians say : The almighty has children (at that moment you imagine the blasphemous sentence < the almighty has children > as part of inner chattering. IS IT ALLOWED TO IMAGINE THOSE THINGS AS PART OF THE < PROCESS OF THINKING> OR INTERNAL CHATTERING

  • When something bad happens to Americans they say the typical slang blasphemous sayings.(insulting god or Jesus with the f word). Sometimes I laugh at remembering such things.(I don't utter words). Is it kufr to laugh ? Is it kufr to bring that to mind with the intention of humor and entertainment. When staying alone I sometimes remember an individual saying that and I feel entertainment from the point of view that it is very funny. Is it kufr to make fun by laughing with a blasphemous American slang.I believe and love Islam but I like humor a lot. Point of view:His behavior is very funny – khalid muslim Mar 25 at 10:18
  • Is it a must to show respect to someone when you imagine him. Example: It would be sinful and disrespectful to imagine him with uncombed hair. It would be sinful and disrespectful to imagine him as an ill man (health problems) in a bed, even if it is true that he has been ill and has stayed in a bed. – khalid muslim Mar 25 at 10:30
  • It would be sinful and disrespectful to imagine him as a fat(obese) man even if it is true that he is fat(obese). Would that be a kind of backbiting of the heart, and he will take our good deeds in the day of judgment as recompense for this kind of backbiting of the heart. (even though i haven't uttered a single bad word against him). Or it is perfectly normal and I have no sin if I were to do this? – khalid muslim Mar 25 at 10:30
