Salaam alejkum. We know that we are punished for sins like shirk, gambling, theft, adultery, backbiting, usury etc... because there are overwhelming arguments from the quran and sunnah. But the big question is: Are we punished for acts of worship that we do with very bad quality? Example: Someone might do the prostration like a dog. Someone might be thinking about the business while he is doing dhikr and his mind is far more focused on business than on Allah and dhikr. Someone might do the Salah as if he hurrying because the departure train is arriving. Are these 3 examples that i mentioned considered major sin and they could land you in hell just like usury, theft....?

  • That is not such a big question as it has several answers in both the qur'an and sunnah. You may technically do a deed correctly but Allah may not accept it. – Medi1Saif Nov 3 '19 at 9:45
