How should the hatred towards shaytan be? Medium or infinite? Do we have any control on the quantity of hatred our heart produces? Hatred is a feeling. Can we change or increase or decrease the quantity of the feeling of hatred our mind and body produces. Surely we cannot hate the same amount iblis and an ordinary human shaytan that walks on the sidewalk. If you cannot give a detailed answer, please explain in several lines the main points of this issue. I know that hatred is expressed outwardly through doing good deeds and refraining from sins. But my question is: Do we have any control over the quantity of inner feelings of hatred towards iblis or ordinary shaytans?

The hatred towards shaytan is simply by hating everything he may invite us to do: It is a practical matter doing good deeds (which would make shaytan angry) and trying to avoid doing bad deeds. Why are you making things so complicated? – Medi1Saif Aug 6 at 8:38
