It is known to the most of us that it is haram. Since it is not any controversial topic, so most of us don't do any research and there are only a few Islamic website giving references regarding the ruling on this topic. So we remain unaware of the references. We just say, it is haram. But some selfish people take this advantages and argue saying that Islam is silent on this topic and there is no references to support it as haram. Since, many of us don't know the references, some of us get confused and some remain silent since they have no references. And those corrupted people take this advantages and spread falsehood.

That's why, I put this question here, so that all of the strong references from the Hadith and Quran will be compiled here because, based on Quran and Hadith, the rulling is made. So it essential for all of us to know all the references from Quran and Hadith.

Then if anyone do a little research, will get this Q/A from this website. Thus, he, himself will be benefited, will be able to stop those corrupted people from spreading falsehood and will save other people from being confused by the speeches of those corrupted people.

So, I hope that authentic references from both Quran and hadith will be given here by which other people will be benefited by getting the Islamic Knowledge regarding the ruling on this topic.

(I know, there is another QA regarding this topic in this website, but the answers don't give all references. Only two verses from Surah Nisa in one answer and one verse from Surah Isra in another answer has been given. But there are also hadith, which are not given in that QA. So here, if all references from both Quran and Hadith are given, then it would be beneficial.) Jazzak Allah Khairun.

  • The reason for downvoting is: such arguments require reasons. Until provided, their saying is nothing but words of mouth. If we are to spend time on anyone making any claim, then there would be no limit to the questions we are to answer. Instead it’s better to spend more time on reasonable well thought and sincere questions – Honey Nov 18 at 23:54
  • @Honey, Actually I wanted to know the references. It is known to all that it is haram. Since it is not any controversial topic, so most of us do not do any research. So we remain unaware of the references. We just say, it is haram. But some selfish people take this advantages and argue saying that Islam is silent on this topic and there is no references to support it as haram. Since, we, general people, don't know the references, some of us get confused and some remain silent since they have no references. And they take this advantages and spread falsehood. – Rafid Abrar Nov 19 at 3:03

Wow, our name almost the same, but our thought probably not.

Watching those kind of materials are zina of the eyes

Narrated by Muslim, 2657:

Verily Allah has fixed the very portion of adultery which a man will indulge in, and which he of necessity must commit. The adultery of the eye is the lustful look, and the adultery of the tongue is the licentious speech, the heart desires and yearns, which the parts may or may not put into effect. Quran Al-Isra (17:32)

And do not approach unlawful sexual intercourse. Indeed, it is ever an immorality and is evil as a way. (https://quran.com/17/32)
