Salam and welcome to Islam SE the Q&A site about Islam. To learn more about our site and model I strongly recommend you to take our tour and check our help center. This question could be better elaborated (see How to Ask) for example where did you get this claim from or what made you think this could be the case? – Medi1Saif Mar 15 '18 at 6:37

Assalaamu'alaikum w.w.

If you are referring to our souls, then yes. Allah s.w.t. created everything and that includes our souls, the form of ourselves which is our identity that transcend through each life including this life of dunya (worldly life). Our souls pre-resided in a place called alamulmarwa (the universe of the souls), before being sent into the wombs of our mothers with only one memory, which is the knowledge we have of our creator.
Here's a brief list of our souls' journey:

  1. The Universe Of The Souls/'alam al-marwa(approx. in multitudes of 100k years)
  2. The womb of our mothers(approx. 9 months)
  3. The Worldly Life / Ad-Dunya (approx. 60 years in the modern age)
  4. The Grave / Al-Barzakh (approx. in a few hours or hundreds of years)
  5. The Resurrection / Yaum al-Qiyamah (approx. 3,000 to 50,000 years)
  6. Akhirah / Hereafter / Heaven or Hell (infinite)

I'm not an Islamic scholar so please find much better and complete answers than what I have put forth. You may also watch this video, they provide a little bit of reference: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y58jT-YgdP0

and really, Allah s.w.t. knows best.

Answers should be elaborate and focused on addressing the question. Claims should be supported by evidence. Please visit our tour in the help center, and refer to How to Answer. You have a number of stages that you need to provide proof for from Islamic sources. A YouTube video from an anonymous person is not necessarily a proof. – III-AK-III Mar 15 '18 at 7:17
