Uighurs usually have parties and such when a relative of a friend or a traveller comes and leaves for a visit. Of course, all relatives and friends are invited. All males sit on a table and discuss their own thing, and also the women on another discussing another.

Of course, in our culture, there comes dancing to Uighur music (similar to Turkish music classics and UAE (United Arab Emirates). But there is no intimate touching of course; they both have separate dances and do not touch each other, and they aren't the rock 'n' roll dances you find in the West; it is slow, similar to the two places I mentioned above.

What I want to know is that if this type of gathering is allowed? A previous site said that as long as nothing intimate happens and that they sit separately, it is alright.
