Recently during prayer I have had an issue with laughter. I think it is more nervous laughter. Recently I had the urge to laugh when I gave tasleem so when I said the tasleem out loud, my voice shook a tiny bit. I don't know if it counts as a laugh. I definitely did not smile. So I am unsure. If you don't smile the does the noise you make count as a laugh?

Please let me know as this is becoming a constant problem and I am beginning to hate praying and find it extremely difficult. I have repeated my prayers many times and I am sick and tired of doing it. If you don't smile does the noise you make count as a laugh?

If you didn't smile from the heart then you are fine. That is what counts Allah that comes from heart. So I think you are totally fine with that
