If she shows discontent or outright refusal to the masters’ advances for intercourse can he force her? Does he discipline or repremind her for disobedience? If so what measures does he take to discipline her?

It is permissible to force wives as well as slave girls if they don't provide any legitimate Shari excuse for refusing sexual intercourse as per Radd Al Mukhtar but it doesn't mean He should harm.
Slave girls should be disciplined in the same manner as wives are disciplined but if she insists not to copulate then he must sell her.

When scholars used the word "force" they didn't meant the physical force as we have build in our mind due to western indoctrination. Rather it refers to verbal ways of reminding them your rights. Commented Mar 23 at 6:04
No, she cannot be forced to have sex. Forced sex is rape and it is forbidden.
Say, "My Lord has only forbidden immoralities - what is apparent of them and what is concealed - and sin, and oppression without right, and that you associate with Allah that for which He has not sent down authority, and that you say about Allah that which you do not know." Quran 7:33
