It is already assumed in the question ("But at the same time, a woman can not do so"), and it is correct and not disputed, and it is apparent from the wording of the Quran since the masculine gender is used throughout for the accuser and feminine for the defendant. And the case of a female accuser would by default fall under Qadhf since it is not explicitly made an exception in the Quran or Hadith. | |
