So far what I have understood, when analogical Qiyas is ok to Shia scholars and is a kind of Aql. But when Qiyas means merely guessing a rule, it is prohibited. Can you please state any example of this kind of Qiyas? And as Qiyas is prohibited in these cases and there is no other evidences from Quran and Hadith even indirectly(then it would be analogical Qiyas),what principle is followed by Shia scholars? | |
