As a muslim you believe that:
- Provision is from Allah, not from working hard, being kind, etc.
And no (moving) living creature is there on earth but its provision is due from Allâh. And He knows its dwelling place and its deposit (in the uterous, grave, etc.). all is in a Clear Book (Al-Lauh Al-Mahfûz - the Book of Decrees with Allâh). - Quran - Hûd 6
- Allah does not treat unjustly
Anas b. Malik reported that Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) said:
Verily, Allah does nut treat a believer unjustly in regard to his virtues. He would confer upon him (His blessing) in this world and would give him reward in the Hereafter. And as regards a non-believer. he would be made to taste the reward (of virtue in this world) what as has done for himself so much that when it would be the Hereafter. he would find no virtue for which he should be rewarded. - Sahih Muslim > Characteristics of the Day of Judgment, Paradise, and Hell
- After Mohammed - May peace and grace from Allah be upon him - the religion accepted by Allah is Islam
Truly, the religion with Allâh is Islâm. Those who were given the Scripture (Jews and Christians) did not differ except, out of mutual jealousy, after knowledge had come to them. And whoever disbelieves in the Ayât (proofs, evidences, verses, signs, revelations, etc.) of Allâh, then surely, Allâh is Swift in calling to account. - Quran - Âl-'Imrân 19
And whoever seeks a religion other than Islâm, it will never be accepted of him, and in the Hereafter he will be one of the losers[]. - Quran - Âl-'Imrân 85
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Huraira that the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) observed:
By Him in Whose hand is the life of Muhammad, he who amongst the community of Jews or Christians hears about me, but does not affirm his belief in that with which I have been sent and dies in this state (of disbelief), he shall be but one of the denizens of Hell-Fire. - Sahih Muslim > The Book of Faith
If the person didn't hear about Islam in her life - which is very unlikely, she is tested on the Day of Resurrection as narrated by many companions.
