I have seen many Sunni Sufis as Well as most Shia recite following dua and they vouch for the fact that this dua indeed removes all difficulties for them. Some Ayatullas have declared it to be unauthentic but with a rider that its content are correct and hence can be recited. If you happen to go in a Shia locality you would see this dua on some of their doors too :

This question has been discussed here. And the common sentiment running in that forum is that even if dua is unauthentic its contents are perfectly valid and go to the extent of accusing the prophet pbuh of reciting this Dua if in trouble? I know this may sound too sectarian question but it is a very practical question which all people who have encounter with such sufi sunnis or Shias. The problem with this is that they disrespect the prophet pbuh by accusing him of seeking help of Ali AS and Ali AS appearing instantly to help! They further vouch that this dua of Nade Ali has helped them many times!
