I would like to know if a man is allowed to have sexual intercourse with women other than his wife even without her knowledge?

It's difficult to tell what is being asked here. This question is ambiguous, vague, incomplete, overly broad, or rhetorical and cannot be reasonably answered in its current form. For help clarifying this question so that it can be reopened, see the FAQ.

According to Islam a man is allowed to have sex with a woman other than his wife if she is a wholly owned slave or war-prisoner. You can also inspect this islamqa.info link.

If we don't think about the terms of past - like Kaniz/Ghulam = owned slaves - muslims are allowed only to have sexual relationship with their wives/husbands. Otherwise it would be a case of "Zina" that is a great sin. As far as I know Sunnah Fiqh permits permanent marriage, while Shia Fiqh permits temporary marriage also (i.e. for one month, one year, more or less). |
